How do I access my patient's case on DocAssist? : Health Vectors Support

1. In order to access DocAssist screen, use the user name and password provided by Health Vectors

2. We have 5 options in the DocAssist Screen, those are Home, reports, status, profile & activity

3. Select the option Home which showcase MRN, Visit No, First Name, Last Name, Test Date, Gender, Date of Birth & View for each patient

4. Click on the View Data Tab option to view patient report
