1. Access the patient report via steps indicated in the response section of "How do I access my patient's case on DocAssist?"
2. The screen shows patient information on Clinical data, Personal Health & the recommended Advice
3. In the Advice section, you can view and Edit the Medical, Diet, and Physiotherapy Advice
4. In the Advice section you can also add Additional Advice if you would like to do so
5. Health Vectors requests you to please provide the reason for the Edits and Additional Advice in the "Reason for Making Changes" section
6. You are now ready to approve the case by clicking on the "Approve" button
7. Please confirm your selection by clicking on the "Yes" button
