1. Use any web browser preferably chrome to open this link {\[yourhospital].myhealthvectors.com:81

2. It will take you to the page which lets you enter your credentials ( enter user name & password given by Health Vectors)

3. You will login to Health Vectors Nurses dashboard which has three options Home, Profile & Activity

4. Click on option Home to view the status of health checks

5. You can also navigate to other dates to check the status of health checks on that date
